When I came to you in November 2002 for my first natural health consultation, I had no idea that the results of my my treatment would be so dramatic.

Originally I came to see you about weight loss; I had gained 2 stone in weight in 18 months and had tried every diet going – natural health was my last port of call – it was this or surgery! I was surprised at first that the treatment I received focused on my whole physical and emotional state rather than just losing weight. I was told to exclude certain foods from my diet (e.g. pork, wheat, chocolate, etc) and to take a variety of herbal supplements as well as thinking more positively particularly about myself and the way I looked.

After 4 weeks, the changes were small but noticeable; I had no backache or pain in my right knee (something I had suffered from one off for many years); I had no period pain whatsoever – the first time ever!! I felt happier about the way I looked.

Four months later I can’t believe the changes which have occurred. I am happy, energetic and positive. I don’t shout at my children anymore and am actually enjoying looking after them. My relationship with my partner is wonderful (it was good before, but now…!) I don’t get minor aches and pains, depression, or food cravings, as a consequence my weight is finally dropping and I feel and look fantastic!!!

This is all thanks to your amazing holistic approach Rumana. The combination of the detox cleanses (liver, bowel, kidney) and the change in my diet from heavily processed foods to fresh fruit and vegetables etc, the supplements and the reading list which I have followed religiously has benefited me tremendously. My lifestyle has changed beyond recognition and I can’t ever imagine going back to the old ways. Your support, advice, assessments and treatment have been worth every penny. If I had not had my 4 weekly appointments I would have given up long ago. I really would recommend this treatment to anyone who is committed to riding themselves of old problems and illnesses.
