With Love
I've been getting the winter munchies. My appetite always seems to increase in the winter and, I'm less active. Without going mad and increasing weight this is what I do - I eat less but more frequently. So I'm grazing. But it's good as I feel I'm getting more without increasing the quantity!
I've also started thinking about getting more exercise but indoors. A friend introduced me to the Wii Fit. It looks great fun, exercising whilst feeling as though you're playing a game. So I think I might get one but don't think it's going to be soon. Needs some help after eating all those big festive meals?
For indigestion, acidity, feeling bloated or uncomfortable after a meal.
Take 1 chamomile and 2 peppermint teabags, place in a mug, add hot water and infuse for 10 mins. Add honey or lemon to flavour (optional). Sip slowly.
Aviva Baran shares her wisdom to keep us all engaged with our inner sparkle.
As some of you may know, I got married a few weeks back, which is a big thing in my life. Turning 41 and never having been married was quite unusual in my circle! It was one of my dreams. It’s been a long journey. Actually, I worked it out, it took 29 years of dating to get me to this stage!
It’s certainly been an adventure; of personal growth, learning from past mistakes, dealing with self doubt, judgements and setbacks, gaining clarity about what I really wanted and staying hopeful and focused along the way.
I’ve been to therapy, attended workshops and had a few coaches. All which take time, energy and investment. Certainly well worth it though - now I am on track for my best possible life. That’s exciting and energizing.
- What is the best possible life for you?
- What does that look like to you?
- What needs to stop?
- What needs to start?
- What needs to continue?
If the answers to these intrigue, or challenge you and you have made the decision that 2009 is a year where you are investing in your life - then please contact me as I would love to coach you to get on track with your dream life.
