Dear Reader
September feels like a transitional month to me but for others its a new beginning. Most of us are back from holidays, heads down at work (hopefully with more gust and vigour), kids back at school or university and a season change for most (although its been like one season this year here in the NE of England). Routine can easily set in again but remember there are only 4 months to go before the end of the year and there's still time to do something new or different in your life.

Small Steps, Big Adventures
A project I have been slogging away at seeming to be endless has just started to turn and take off. It's taken me 2 years to get to this stage. On the way I've had to contend with my doubts and others negativity on whether it would work or not but I firmly believed in what I was doing and persisted regardless. Sometimes you just have to. The focus, the determination. It feels great when you start seeing real progress but in fact its been the small steps I started with that's really got me here. Those small steps and the people along the journey that have all been a part of it. I guess that's what makes your story, the adventure. Although it can be difficult sometimes, I think I quite like the uncertainty, the not knowing. I like my life like that, if we knew it all beforehand then it would just be so boring.

Since my first appointment with Rumana six months ago my health has improved dramatically. By implementing the changes Rumana suggested I have more energy, my problem skin has improved and my moods swings have settled down.
Rumana has supported me between appointments and I feel re-assured that I can ask for advice when needed.
I am feeling so positive about my health and in control of my future well being – thanks Rumana!
If you wear glasses or contact lenses or have had eye surgery then take note.
The health of our eyes and deteriorating vision is something we seem to live with. We may go to the optician and often end up buying a new pair of glasses or contact lenses. There seems to be very little we can do to help improve our eyesight once it starts to deteriorate. Or is there?

- Now, identify the attributes that you possess that enable you to handle and overcome each of those challenges.
- In a statement beginning with I, what does that say about you?
These are just some of the gifts that you possess that have created your uniqueness, ability to grow and become a fantastic problem solver. Use this knowledge to build self trust, self respect and self-knowledge.
Recognize that whatever challenges you face in your life - you can actually trust yourself to handle them in exactly the way you were meant to. And, if in hindsight you realize that there could have been a better way, give yourself permission to reflect on that as an opportunity to learn and grow.
