What does it involve?

A health coach will discuss aspects of individual's health, symptoms and lifestyle to establish an overall picture. What each person expects from their health and what they would like enables goals to be established. Actions can then be created to work on various aspects of mind, body and emotional health. This may include:

  • Creating optimum nutrition and improving health
  • Focusing on eliminating depleting foods, drinks and chemicals
  • Managing stress and mental health
  • Creating emotional harmony and improving moods
  • Gaining clarity of mind and thought
  • Looking at life goals and life purpose

Coaching sessions

Health coaching can be delivered within any of our clinics or in the workplace.

Sessions can be half an hour or 1 hour depending upon requirements.
