Rumana also operates a complementary medicine Walk-In Clinic within Kingston Park Tesco in Newcastle. The clinic offers free 10 minute consultations, every Friday between 2pm until 6pm.

The one-to-one session will provide a personal and intensive focus upon planning your health.

Using natural health assessments, you will be taken through a detailed consultation to examine your lifestyle and pinpoint areas for improvement and maintenance and will also consider ways to prevent future illness.

You will also be shown how to monitor your progress during the course of the treatment.
