Profile

Highly-acclaimed naturopath, Rumana Zahn has helped thousands of people embrace health and wellbeing over the past decade.

Rumana runs clinics and health workshops in venues throughout the North East of England, including the exclusive Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall and within a GP's practice. She also runs health improvement programmes and retreats internationally and provides sound health solutions for businesses.

Recently she set up the first complementary medicine walk-in clinic of its kind in the region, at the Nutri Centre, Kingston Park Tesco in Newcastle.

With a solid scientific background, Rumana takes a keen interest in the rapid advances in natural health, is active in the promotion of further research and development in the field, and is striving towards the integration of complementary medicine within the NHS.

She has written postgraduate course programmes on complementary medicine for Durham University and is an adviser to many other colleges.

Rumana teaches, lectures and speaks on the subject of creating health and wellbeing and writes prolifically for several publications, including North East Exclusive and n-e-life.com.
